Two years of experience within the company getting a rounded knowledge of the different departments through 3 placements:Placement 1: ULD Logistics.Key learnings: Operational knowledge of the journey of the cargo and ULDs across the globe.Main Projects: ULD allocation per station; creation of the report that tracked the stock and repairs of ULDs with one of our suppliers (that report was later on used for Transformation projects).Placement 2: Transformation.Key learnings: Lean process mapping; project management; IT Cargo systems interdependence.Main Projects: Within sustainability, I created the process for getting back the skids from our customers; worked with the IAG group to prevent wildlife trafficking; upcycling of ULDs into luggage tags. Within Continuous Improvement: ULD repairs project; aviation messaging and IAGC systems intercommunication; Third Party Handling process mapping.Placement 3: Revenue Management.Key learnings: Commercial operations, targets and strategies. Market analysis. Inventory optimization. Route management.Main Projects: Route analyst for UK & I, France, Turkey, Austria and Boston. Analysis of the flights utilization and working closely with operations to create the most optimized flight schedule.
