Make sure that the project\'s overall objectives, timely rollout, and connections to other groups, systems, or initiatives are all in line with the business solutions strategy. Collaborating with business stakeholders and it partners using an agile methodology to deliver backlog items. Providing all over product training to the end user and monitor the usage. Establishing a comprehensive strategy and methodology for user acceptance, performance, regression, and functional testing. Maintain a mindset of continual improvement while working with the team and other company stakeholders to generate effective results. Support the D&I values of the organization when coaching, working with teams, and choosing personnel. Producing weekly and monthly reports on support statistics for the management team using PowerBI tool to assess and understand the state of the product.
