Vice President of Labor Relations for APL as part of CMA CGM (America) LLC, a $3B U.S. subsidiary of the world’s 3rd largest container shipping company. Responsible for all aspects of the CMA CGM & APL Labor Contracts with multiple unions across the United States. will partner with internal and external stakeholders to lead labor relations strategy, practices, and negotiations. In my new role I will build comprehensive labor infrastructure and critical capabilities required to deliver an effective and efficient labor relations model and framework. This will include the design, implementation, and maintenance of CMA CGM & APL\'s labor relations program and policies, representing the organization in labor-management relations, including contract negotiations and arbitration cases across several collective bargaining agreements covering multiple unions, including both sea & shore staff (MEBA POID - Nashville, OCU - Long Beach, IAM - Seattle, AALA ILWU - Alaska).
