As a senior content marketing lead at Tata Tele Business Services (TTBS), I drive end-to-end content strategy and execution across integrated product launches, demand generation, regional campaigns, and partner enablement. I lead content workflows for GTM launches across TTBS products, ensuring strategic alignment with the Jobs-To-Be-Done (JTBD) framework, Mira tone (TTBS mascot), and brand guidelines. I manage content planning, messaging, and asset creation-product catalogues, brochures, customer decks, mailers, DYK creatives, battlecards, and sales guides. I also ensure timely deployment across platforms like the website and Marketing Hub- I create campaign-ready content tailored to real-time business needs, product themes, and sales needs, including HTML mailers, WhatsApp creatives, LinkedIn InMails, and multi-touch nurture flows. I support regional events with thematic assets and develop partner-ready collateral that aligns with brand and JTBD guidelines- I leverage Gen AI tools to accelerate creative workflows, from content writing and visuals to video scripting, helping TTBS scale content delivery by improving adoption and reducing time-to-market. I continue to expand my proficiency in AI-led content creation to increase efficiency.() I oversee DBCH marketplace content, ensuring content on listings are crisp, accurate, platform-compliant, while clearly highlighting product features.
