I\'ve been trading online building brands and designing websites for almost 20 years since my kids and the internet were in their infancy. I sold one of the products I designed and manufactured into Boots, Mothercare, WH Smiths, Walgreens, Asda, Target Australia and Walmart. A second product became the global leader in its marketplace. Both products\' success was firmly based on their strong brand identities. It\'s not just pretty fonts and nice colours; it\'s about getting into your customers\' hearts and minds.
