My passion is asking questions. This helps me find the opportunities for product growth, the insights that might help product team prioritize things right, and the inefficiencies in processes that might be healed. I rarely treat an issue I see as \"someone else\'s problem\", and equally love when people reach out with feedback, when they see what I can improve. I work best when the team is a group of people who learn from each other and support each other, and I always see education and enabling others as top priorities. I have background in Biophysics and Biotechnology, and I would love to have a project related to that eventually! Also, you can\'t stop being a scientist, so expect a bit of a nerd here 🤓
