ABOUT NADIA BAOUENDI
Bilingual health informatics professional and medical doctor with a background in digital health, workforce planning, health policy, and data. I apply clinical insight, analytical thinking, and a systems perspective to help build sustainable and responsive health workforce solutions. With academic and professional training in health informatics, public health, and eHealth management, I work at the intersection of healthcare, technology, and policy — contributing to initiatives that advance workforce development, support ethical digital innovation, and improve access to timely, high-quality data for planning and decision-making. I also bring familiarity with the Indigenous health policy landscape in Canada, which informs my commitment to inclusive, equity-oriented approaches in health system planning. I’m particularly interested in the responsible use of AI and digital tools to drive system-wide transformation — from strengthening how we plan and manage health workforce resources to enhancing knowledge translation, accessibility, and long-term impact. Areas of focus: Health workforce planning · Digital health strategy · Health policy · Data · Responsible AI · Data governance and privacy · Knowledge translation · System transformation · Equity-oriented approaches · Bilingual communication (English/French)
