ABOUT NADEEM ELHUSSIENY
With over twenty years of dedicated experience in fungal biotechnology, I am currently a Senior Research Scientist at Infinite Roots®, where I apply my core competencies in fermentation technology and project management to push the boundaries of mycological research. My mission is to innovate in fungal biotechnology, aligning with Infinite Roots®\'s vision of sustainable and efficient cultivation practices. My approach is to harness diverse perspectives and experiences to contribute to the team\'s success and the company\'s culture of continuous improvement. In my current role, my team is moving successfully towards the developed and optimization of automated systems for submerged cultivation of mushroom mycelia at a microliter culture scale. By conducting extensive testing and standardization, We\'ve overcome significant cultivation challenges, leading our team to increase efficiency and productivity in our R&D processes. This role has allowed me to refine my skills in project management and to cement my status as an expert in fermentation technology within the biotech industry.
