Plan for and execute Black Women for Wellness’ social media strategy, and internal and external communications (including e-newsletters, email, staff communications, press releases, web content, advertising copy, speechwriting, periodicals etc.)- Creates, manages, and executes digital editorial calendar. Collaborates with colleagues on digital initiatives and campaigns- Leads team that manages the day-to-day posting and listening on social media and graphic design - Collaborates and coordinates with Photographer/Videographer and other staff to cover events digitally, visually (photos/video), and verbally (written.)- Prepare briefings, talking points, and conducts interview prep for executive management team, including Executive Director and program managers- Works with Executive Director in developing and implementing communications strategies designed to further organizational objectives- Manages key relationships with members, political officials and media organizations to enhance cross collaboration and support of BWW\'s work - Serves as corporate spokesperson.
