Company lead for RWS\'s Language Technology strategy and execution; identifying, assessing and introducing disruptive features and emerging technology in the RWS Language Cloud platform and across Trados offerings- Leading global teams of R&D, Product Management, Professional Services, Customer Engagement and Training professionals to bring the best products and solutions to market and engage our customers throughout the product journey - Products including Trados Enterprise, Team and Studio, TMS, Worldserver, Multitrans, Groupshare, Pasolo, and Business Manager- Bridging the gap between customers, Executive & Board, and Shareholders; and technical and product management teams. Ensuring we deliver truly valuable technology and solutions, and make our work visible and accessible to our customers and stakeholders- Manage P&L, partnerships, contracts/renewals, escalations, and team coaching/mentoring to ensure the team is optimised and delivering customer and shareholder value- Cross-portfolio solutions including Data Services, eLearning, compliance and media- Responsible for technical due diligence as part of M&A activity.
