My Leadership StyleA great leader in any organization is one that can inspire those around them to come together and achieve a common goal. In my experience great things are achieved when everyone has a clear picture of why we are taking action, who is responsible for what, and how we will measure success. Creating partnerships with everyone involved helps gain buy-in that we are addressing the right problems and no one feels like they are being told what to do.What Drives MeThe most rewarding achievements in my career have come from situations where team members band together and are able to define creative solutions to previously insurmountable problems. Mentoring teams and providing them with the insights, frameworks, and tools needed to rise beyond their own self imposed limitations is where amazing things happen and value is achieved.My Added ValueIn addition to Agile experience I have a technical background and exposure to various engineering aspects of IT. This knowledge allows me to better communicate with teams “where they are” and uncover potential risks or impediments prior to them impacting our ability to deliver value to the business. Areas include networking, databases, cloud hosting, software development, & DevOps.
