ACHIEVEMENTS: Coordinating 15+ other scientists in vehicle data innovation team and providing scientifical insights to guide projects and products development, at different levels in the company. Developed a unified, unbiased, algorithm for EV driver score. An essential step for the development of EV driver coaching App to optimize energy usage and enhance safety. Analyzed big data to determine the utilization behavior (Daily EV mileage & Utility Factor, and the Daily Charging Events) for plugin-hybrid electric vehicles. The insights from the data brought about useful customer products being developed. Developed a tangible NFT-ECO. Requires no block chain storage. No energy consumption. Designed an Integrated System of Pre-Driving and While-Driving Drunkenness Detection, Prevention and Intervention. Developed Algorithm for Carbon Footprint Gradation and Carbon Footprint Reduction Coaching to enhance Customers Experience Developed Algorithm for Calculating Tailpipe Carbon Footprint of all Vehicle Powertrains. Developed Algorithm for Electric Vehicle Fit, utilizing information derived from Big Data on Drivers Behaviors, Driver Needs, Infrastructural Availability and Toyota Inventory. This is in support of Toyota’s plan to introduce 70 electrified models by 2025. 8 patents submitted.
