Making recommendation to the board of directors of those which are material either by nature or cost; and· Ensuring the Board is aware of its risk appetite and managing its resources and activities accordingly.· Increased turnover of organization 12-fold in 3 years, increasing market share and operating surplus enabling reinvestment of £5.1 into services.· Increased team from 4 to over 150 in four years.· Delivery of 28 services to a population of 1.2 million patients· Introduction of Virtual Hospital where patients are treated at home instead of hospital, bed base of 100 with 50 patients monitored live through wearable technology.· Oversaw case for change for Call Before convey reducing onsite time for Ambulance crews needing input from 46 to 3 minutes. Nationally recognized through the Health Service Journal.· Established 12 Primary Care Networks that are the building blocks of the delivering primary and community integrated care.· Developed the system wide operating model for the development of a Health and Social Care Alliance covering a population of over patients.· The Provider Alliances is the central vehicle to deliver the outcomes within the emerging Integrated Care System.· Established case for change for a day hospital to alleviate demand pressures on local Acute trusts.· Leading on core values and behavioural expectations to secure a positive and engaged culture between the organisation, its patient’s staff and external stakeholders.
