In this role, I focus on bridging technical expertise with commercial strategy to drive product adoption and strengthen market presence.Key Responsibilities:+ Conduct field sales activities and live product demonstrations for contractors, consultants, distributor partners, and end-users.+ Deliver technical presentations and provide hands-on training, including specialized sessions for distributor partners to enhance product knowledge and sales impact.+ Drive specification-based selling by securing product approvals with consultants, architects, and industry stakeholders.+ Represent the brand at trade shows and regional industry events, engaging with key decision-makers and promoting innovative solutions.+ Support construction projects with tailored product recommendations that align with both technical requirements and commercial objectives.+ Collaborate closely with the Regional Sales Manager on market development initiatives, gaining exposure to both technical and commercial aspects of sales operations.
