I’m a sales leader who loves building teams, developing people, and helping customers succeed. Over the past decade, I’ve managed large territories, coached sales reps, and strengthened distributor partnerships across the Pacific Northwest. What motivates me most is solving problems, supporting customers, and leading teams that deliver real value.Whether I’m training a new salesperson, building a market strategy, negotiating a program, or riding along for a field day — I’m fully invested in helping people grow and supporting customers with integrity and urgency. I have extensive experience working with distributors, cooperatives, supply-chain teams, contractors, and operational groups to ensure great service and strong results.I thrive in fast-moving environments, enjoy traveling the territory, and work best where leadership, accountability, and relationships are the foundation of success.
