ABOUT CHRISTINA MURIAS

I am an accomplished leader with experience in the areas of Residential Property, Project Mgt, Change Mgt, Complex Sales, Procurement, Human Resources and Business Development gained in a multi-national organisation for 9 years. In the last 10+ years, I have setup different start-ups and contributed to various organisations on a voluntary basis. With a Master’s Degree in Construction Engineering, and an MBA I have a passion for property and businesses in general.My skills and time have allowed me to set up and run various start-ups:• GGC: Strategic complex sales consultancy.• EDUCO: Social Educational Portal, dedicated to lifelong learning.• Oxxygenne/SPS: Property sourcing, rentals and consultancy specialists. While at GGC, I have helped SMES prepare, project manage and coordinate tenders for the government/public sector (ie: OJEU) and corporate/private sector.With an ability to speak 3 languages (Spanish, French, English) fluently, I worked and delivered training internationally. While setting up EDUCO, I was in Silicon Valley for few months, to test the idea and meet several investors. I am a creative person, an entrepreneur -in training.I am strong believer in education and personal growth. I like exploring different areas (I have three degrees in three different fields), while ensuring that any project I embark upon comes to live/realization or to an end. I do finish, what I start, but I do question my actions on the way. There is nothing more dangerous than being stubborn (or trying to be right) in business. I believe the (business) world is becoming more and more complex, as such any project examined as to be looked at with different lenses, to minimize risks.
