ABOUT MUHAMMAD UKASHA

I have acquired acute strategic accumen as I have been a keen student of historic and rapidly changing current geopolitics, economics, technology and cultures. In light of these macro factors, navigating corporate vision/mission while leveraging competitive edge, resource allocation and portfolio management is my forte. Having said that with conviction, a good strategy without tactical planning and execution is bound to fail. So, I have natural and nurtured skillsets for tactical planning and execution (including contingencies), breaking down problems into smaller units, making SMART short-term (monthly), medium-term (quarterly and half-yearly) and long-term (yearly+) objectives and then rally the team towards achieving the goals. Emotional intelligence, team-building, mutual respect and trust, proactive conflict resolution and leading by example are the pillars of this forte of mine. My understanding of human psychology provides strong underpinnings. I have excellent AQ because I have lived my personal and professional life through rapidly changing circumstances and such mercurial circumstances, along with keen interest in macro factors and pattern identification ability, have helped me build a strong XQ. I have had experience of working in fortune 500 companies and startups. I have gained diverse experiences in various functions which have nurtured my natural ability to lead. I have had the honor of executing CEO-led projects early in my career. Along with that, I have had the privilege of graduating from elite business schools and the honour of studying courses from renowned CEOs, business leaders, venture capitalists and professors.
