Directly responsible for overseeing the design, installation, and commissioning of communication and controlsystems for the RTS Link, ensuring seamless integration between Malaysian and Singaporean infrastructure-Act as the primary technical authority on all communications and control-related issues, providing expert guidance and ensuring that system specifications align with the project\'s high-performance and safety standards-Coordinate and facilitate with cross-border stakeholders, including government entities and contractors from both Malaysia and Singapore, to ensure alignment in design, standards, operational functionality and any critical issues are resolved in a timely manner-Oversee the development and implementation of Integrated Control and Supervisory System (ISCS), andTelecommunication systems for the RTS Link, ensuring compliance with project timelines, budget constraints, and regulatory requirements-Oversee the integration of critical systems such as Signalling, Platform Screen Doors (PSD), and otheroperational technologies, ensuring seamless interoperability across all systems for enhanced safety, efficiency, and operational performance of the RTS Link-Conduct comprehensive reviews of design submissions, ensuring that technical documentation and drawings adhere to both local and international standards and regulatory frameworks-Monitor on-site construction and installation activities, ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and regulatory compliance-Participate in risk assessment and mitigation strategies, focusing on communications and control systems to identify potential risks and implement preventative measures-Provide regular reports and updates to project directors and stakeholders, outlining progress, challenges, and recommended solutions to ensure the timely completion of the RTS Link project.
