Responsible for managing the end-to-end procurement of cost of goods sold (COGS) and indirect spend, supporting operations across Engineering, Maintenance, Shared Services, Capital Equipment, and Laboratory Supplies. Lead sourcing and purchasing activities for COGS, consumables, and services, ensuring supply continuity to avoid disruptions to production and customer orders. Maintain and update SAP master data accurately, including item setup, lead times, and pricing. Execute procurement activities including RFPs, RFQs, RFIs, supplier contracts, and NDAs. Negotiate pricing and payment terms with suppliers to ensure cost-effective procurement. Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, QA, Engineering, Compliance, and Facilities to resolve supply chain and quality issues. Publish monthly KPIs for internal and supplier performance monitoring using ERP. Streamlined consumable spend into a replenishment model to drive efficiencies. Support regulatory compliance (FDA, Health Canada, MHRA) by aligning supplier standards with quality and documentation requirements. Ensure alignment with lean initiatives, cost containment goals, and workplace safety protocols. Liaise with Finance to match POs with invoices and resolve billing discrepancies.
