I am a dedicated electric power and transportation systems engineer with a keen interest in contributing to the development of a sustainable, resilient, and electrified energy and transportation future. My background spans engineering aspects of electricity generation, transmission, and distribution as well as the socio-economic policy analysis related to electric power and transportation systems. More recently, I have been involved with multiple DoE funded and utility sponsored electrification programs to implement smart electric vehicle charging infrastructure where I contribute technical expertise and lead an inclusive customer outreach and stakeholder engagement. My motivation and the focus of my research remains on understanding the socio-cultural and contextual underpinnings in small-town US communities to advance community-centric electric utility decision making.
