As Senior Director of Global Services at Foxway UK (formerly Global Resale), my responsibilities incorporate commercial sales and the service delivery of our Recovery and Lifecycle Services, supporting our global partners deliver value recovery solutions to their customers. I am responsible for the development of product sourcing and services agreements partnering with manufacturers, strategic integrators, value added resellers, managed service providers, lease finance companies, and global enterprise organizations. I do this by delivering value added solutions and excellent customer service to manage excess and used enterprise, computing and mobile technology for them and their customers. I also hold a commercial role for the rapidly growing division, SMART, our Microsoft Authorized Refurbisher business, an innovative Software as a Service (SaaS) solution for refurbishers worldwide.
