ABOUT M. SALMAN AL FARIDZI
I am M. Salman Al Faridzi, a Graduate from Industrial Mechanical Engineering at ITS who is highly interested in Engineering (Maintenance and Rotating Equipment), SAP (SF HCM, Fiori, S/4 HANA), and Human Resources (Talent Acquisition, Learning Management, Time Management, Payroll). He is very active in various organizational activities such as Internnet Indonesia (Strategy and Growth), Financial Camp (Vice Project Leader), 180 Degrees Consulting ITS (Consulting Analyst), HiRE (Product Team), Society of Renewable Energy (Marketing Team), Skill Up (Product Team), and SkillSeeker (Fellowship). Then, he also won 5+ business competitions and led 3+ organizational positions in Indonesia. He also received the Future Leader Program from AIESEC at UGM to increase his leadership skills. Through his various organizational and competition experiences, he was often involved in market research, collaboration (Internal and External), maintaining projects, team leadership, collecting and analyzing data, creating potential strategies, and pitching to stakeholders. Salman has internship experience in the BUMN Industry in various positions. The first was as an Energy Management Internship at PT Semen Padang, the second was as a Rotating Equipment Engineer Intern at PT Pertamina Hulu Rokan, and the last was as a Business Development Intern at PT Pertamina Geothermal Energy. During the internship, he was responsible for conducting research, analysis (data, theory, calculations, information, etc.), making reports, creating strategies or improvements, identifying trends, and pitching. Currently, I have completed my thesis on the topic \"ANALYSIS STABILITY OF SEMI-ACTIVE SUSPENSION ON THREE-WHEEL ELECTRIC VEHICLES (E-KEVIK ITS)\".
