Baseball taught me early that preparation beats talent when talent stops preparing. Long before titles or job descriptions mattered, I learned how to show up consistently, compete with discipline, and perform under pressure. Those lessons shaped how I approach work today and continue to influence how I lead.As I moved from athletics into the professional world, I’ve stayed anchored to a clear set of core values: challenge, fitness, and humility. I’m intentional about seeking out difficult problems, maintaining discipline in how I show up every day, and staying grounded regardless of outcomes. Those values sit at the forefront of everything I do and guide how I make decisions and lead.Professionally, I’m drawn to environments where structure brings clarity and execution matters. I value clear communication, ownership, and adaptability, and I enjoy turning ideas into outcomes rather than leaving them as intentions.Alongside my career, I’ve built my own business, which has been a meaningful learning experience for me.
