My role is to manage a global team to support educators and leadership in their creativity strategy. With the right tools teachers can deliver a curriculum which will create new possibilities for students and positively change the way they learn. Since 2011, the Book Creator team have committed to working alongside educators to help students thrive. Education is changing. Book Creator offers a simple way to infuse creativity throughout the curriculum, motivating students to become published authors and helping them develop future-ready skills. I joined with the remit of creating a new SaaS sales function. Building a brand new global team of account executives, SDR\'s, Customer success and channel. Who have now expanded into teams in their own right. We have achieved huge growth every year, helping millions of teachers and tens of millions of students gain unrestricted access to our creativity tool.
