ABOUT MARIE RANSON
I’m a learning and development leader focused on building leadership capability, strengthening skills and helping people perform at their best. I currently head up programmes and training at Skillfluence, where I sit on the senior leadership team and lead internal teams alongside a national network of delivery partners. My role spans learning strategy, programme architecture and the delivery of national development programmes, with a strong focus on quality, evaluation and ensuring learning maps clearly to the frameworks and priorities organisations are working to.My background is grounded in commercial environments, including American Express, News Limited and the pharmaceutical sector, giving me a strong understanding of stakeholder influence, change and performance pressure. I’ve been designing and delivering learning across sectors for over 15 years, and I’ve also built and run successful businesses myself. I care deeply about developing people and unlocking talent, and I bring that into learning that supports real growth, clearer thinking and meaningful change for individuals and organisations.
