Skillfluence helps researchers and innovators create maximum social and economic impact & value from their research and their ideas. We do this by developing and delivering programmes that equip researchers and entrepreneurs with tools, skills & confidence that drive knowledge exchange, commercialisation & impact.We specialise in transferable skills training that equips researchers to work with others, both inside and outside of academia. We develop and deliver programmes for universities, CDTs, research centres, innovation centres, business accelerators and UKRI-funded Project Leads. Programme participants often include PhD students, early career researchers, academics and professional staff in universities and industry.For innovators we build transformative entrepreneur development programmes and startup accelerators. Our programmes focus on 5 pillars of founder-centric support. This approach leads to the development of competent entrepreneurs, successful ventures and vibrant entrepreneurial communities. Our fantastic team have been designing and delivering such things for quite a while now; we\'re pretty good at it!
