Independently manage multiple projects: Design, execute, and monitor the project-specific wellness program as per the requirements of the client and the needs of the employees working on the project, using a holistic approach based on the 8 dimensions of wellness.• Conduct detailed research and understand the client domain to help develop tailor-made engagement as required for skill development, support, and challenges that can be faced by employees working on client projects.• Conduct monthly wellness group counseling sessions, 1:1 check-in wellness session, and leadership connect as well.• Generate comprehensive reports: Analyze progress both quantitatively and qualitatively, document employee and session details, maintain documentation, and create customized action plans based on the results.• Collaborate with leadership and clients for wellness program enhancements through Wellness MBR/WBR/QBR and yearly reviews.• Work closely with the Global Wellness Head and other Wellness Leads to uphold and maintain high quality wellness standards being delivered at par with industry standards.• Participate in outreach and onboarding programs.• Create, drive, and monitor necessary crisis intervention, crisis assessment, and consult with external EAP providers when needed.• Provide 3-month rigorous intensive training to all new joiners.• Actively engage with the Global Wellness Team India: Create content, offer internal training, oversee reporting, and utilize advanced MS Office and Canva skills for enhanced collaboration.• Collaborate with other projects for smooth onboarding and functioning.• Actively participate in providing new ideas and taking initiatives for the overall growth and progress of the Wellness Department.• Collaborate cross-functionally: Work collaboratively with diverse internal teams, including HR, D&I, and EAP as part of a multi-disciplinary approach to wellness initiatives, ensuring seamless integration and execution of programs.
