Provided after hour phone support on a scheduled basis; responding to call-outs as required- Managed & delivered exceptional quality customer support onsite, over the phone by documenting to resolve or escalate inquiries and problems related with security, software, hardware and various applications serving within the Broward Sheriff’s Office Operations- Managed and Serviced as a Dell Certified Technician to troubleshoot, diagnose and onsite repair services of hardware/software, network or remote environments on Dell, Toshiba & Panasonic Hardware on MS Windows Operating Systems & Office- As a Dell certified & MS Professional worked to automate client Operating systems in Windows environments in implementing local security, manage database files & print resources, disk resources, and virus protection, prepare for disaster recovery & recover from critical disasters within the time frame- Coordinated between end users to assist & recommend on their working database analysis.Started at BSO as a Property Specialist-I, Central Stores & Property Mgmt. 14 months before being promoted.• Proved & shared my past experience as I took an active role in upgrading the Inventory Control Management by implementing various changes in warehousing & logistics besides my regular responsibilities delivering orders. Generated various reports to analyze the data to produce reports. Handled special projects in Purchasing Bureau especially during the Old Munis E-Requisition Upgrade.
