Based at Broadcasting House in London, I lead a team of around 200 skilled professionals across the UK, delivering high-quality visual journalism for BBC News, World Service, iPlayer, Sports News, and Foreign News.As Head of Operations for Visual within Media Operations, I’m responsible for the operational delivery of Newsgathering camera crews, and the Picture Editing, and Post Production groups.My role focuses on achieving operational excellence, driving innovation, and working closely with editorial, technology, and strategic teams to ensure our output meets the highest standards in a fast-paced, 24/7 news and content environment.I’m committed to upholding the BBC’s core values—serving audiences with integrity, creativity, and impact.
