I began my career with Continental Properties as a Leasing Professional at the Springs at May Lakes in Oklahoma City, OK in September of 2015 and helped the community reach stabilization, ranking 2nd in the company for leasing performance. After completing development programs within the company, I transferred to the Springs at Sandstone Ranch, a brand new lease up in Longmont, CO, as an Assistant Community Manager. We were able to stabilize our 240-unit community within 8 months of our first building opening ahead of proforma and occupancy goals. At the beginning of 2020, I was promoted to Community Manager and have lead our team in successfully maintaining strong month to month occupancy goals, CNOI performance through bi-monthly budget forecasting and maintaining one of the highest online reputations in not only the company but nationally (Elite 1% ORA: J Turner Research) including through the COVID-19 pandemic. I\'m driven by maintaining positive industry relationships, data oriented goals and unbeatable customer service expectations for the residents who have trusted us with their home decisions.
