I enjoy building corporate relationships with some of the top companies in the US. The desire to fill a need is like solving a puzzle - an incredibly complex puzzle - with experience, interpersonal skills, and a job description all rolled into one. I recognize the combination of finding candidates that fit our client\'s culture and need while also prioritizing thoroughness to complete the search. As an Interpersonal Communication grad, I started my career working with startups and private equity firms. Since then, I found recruiting to be my niche, and have researched, recruited, and placed many senior level candidates across the country. Continually building relationships with clients, candidates, and networking – I enjoy the challenge of learning about the ever-changing search practice and the latest tools to target candidates. Using a very specialized approach that finds hidden talent, we detail candidates through our interview processes on every new search.
