ABOUT MORENA VILLANI

I help early-career expats in the Netherlands and Italy succeed at work while embracing their identity and feeling at home in every way. Growing up Dutch-Italian, I know what it’s like to be caught between worlds. Sometimes too expressive in one room. Too blunt in another. I never fit neatly into one culture or the other. For years, I struggled to find my place. That journey shaped my work. Through storytelling, cultural reflection, and connection, I help others navigate their in-between spaces with confidence and clarity. I’ve spent over 12 years living and working in the Netherlands and 3 years in Italy. This gave me deep insight into the challenges and beauty of cross-cultural life. My book, At Home in Two Worlds, shares my personal story of living and leading between these cultures. It became a bestseller in Dutch and English hitting:#1 in Travel Biographies #1 Communication #1 Diversity & Inclusion categories.
