A summary of my delivery is- NT Energy Market Settlements System: Set-up project, developed requirements, and prepared the business case to ensure that the NT Energy Market Operator can implement the market changes proposed by the NT Electricity Market Priority Reform Program- H&S, Risk and Compliance Enablement: Took over a project under-stress to deliver the enterprise-wide system to meet the business and compliance needs across the complex multi-utility (electricity, water and gas)- Meter to Cash: This major project is delivering a new retail management system using SAFe frameworks. As the non-core system project manager, I serve teams delivering the system integration of 25+ internal and external systems across metering, customer, asset management, government and the energy market. To ensure prudent and effective outcomes, we have formed a team of highly motivated and capable internal and external resources.
