As part of a small team, I\'ve had the chance to work on both Innovation and Equity/Engagement projects by- Being Project Lead for both Core and Core+ Surf Brand Innovations. Working with cross-functional teams (Consumer Insights, Partner Agencies and other functional teams i.e. R&D, Packaging, Formulation, Supply Chain, Finance) to develop and launch innovations across the brand portfolio- Keeping close communication with Local Markets to ensure to land the right product mix: understanding consumer insights, creating a trade story, communications campaign across channels- Creating a new Brand Love Key and Brand Positioning across the brand\'s 6Ps together with the team and external consultancy via sprints workstream- Supporting the Senior Brand Manager on delivering the brand strategy and portfolio architecture.
