Manufacturing and Quality Engineering Manager - Europe, Middle East, Africa @Incora

Accountable for resolving Quality and Manufacturing issues across suppliers that supply in to all major Aerospace OEMs via three Incora facilities (key customers include Rolls-Royce, Collins, BAE Systems, Airbus, Safran, Leonardo amongst others and their first tiers)- Interface management of Incora teams based in the USA, Poland, France, Germany, Singapore and India- Leading a team of Manufacturing Quality Engineers (MQEs and MQL) responsible for audits, quality investigations, manufacturing change control and technical support to suppliers- Leading the deployment of Zero Defects and Zero Concessions principles at critical suppliers based on AS1300X standards (FMEA, control plans, process control and capability, error proofing)- Ensure adherence to Fixed process control and product qualification - Interface with design authorities at OEMs and industry standards
