Project Manager position: Manage an ongoing (yearlong) interpreting and interviewing project for a major client under the guidance of the Senior Director of Quality. You’ll be responsible for:o Scheduling approximately 10 project calls each month with the interviewees.o Hosting and assisting the interpreters and interviewees connecting to the call and with all other project concerns.o Recording responses to the selected responses in the survey tool.o Creating project specific documentation for reference by resources.o Become competent with any project related applications, tools or modules.o Provide written weekly status updated the executive team.o Adjudicate non-conformances and other project issues.o Provide feedback to interpreters.o Manage client communication and inquiries.Supply Chain Coordination position: Identify and initiate discussions with relevant parties, guiding candidates through our accreditation processes. Ensure all linguistic vendors meet the requirements set by our ISO 17100:2015 standard (and any other LS requirements), and that these linguists have a proven expertise working in the given language pair and with the subject matter- Recruit affordable, qualified vendors based on organizational needs. You will be responsible for identifying potential candidates and expected to consistently find at least 75 prospects per week- Maintain string relationships with LS vendor community- Respond to inquiries and concerns from the vendors- Assist vendors with onboarding processes- Assist project managers with Ad Hoc project/client recruitment needs- Audit records and provide KPIs to the vendor manager- Assist with documentation maintenance.
