I also work on improving traffic flow and services by developing interactive journeys, branding, and design. In addition, I lead efforts to enhance product distribution, staff training, and safety protocols. I\'m responsible for executing technology initiatives that include communication, point of sale, and inventory systems. My expertise also extends to developing programming and management strategies for digital signage platforms. Recently, I developed a strategy for a nationwide remodel and rebrand initiative, which involved managing sourcing, RFP negotiations, vendor contracts, and construction budgets.
