As a coach for small business owners, emerging leaders, as well as people in major life transitions, I provide a platform to raise awareness of what is working and not working for the client and/or company and guide growth in leadership and interpersonal skills that will shift the issues from problems to solutions and bring focused changes geared toward overall success. I work with individuals, and small business owners, through one-on-one coaching, training programs for teams, and workshops for individuals. In addition, I work with couples and business partnerships and teams- relationship systems that want to clarify roles and expectations, build stronger connections, and redesign their communication to express what their relationship is really longing for teamwork, a common vision, fairness, open communication, and ending toxic behavior.Certified in the PeopleMap™ Personality Assessment tool and System of workshops, I am able to help people understand their type and all 4 personality types to their advantage: Know your strengths, your Achilles heels.
