ABOUT MONICA TOMAS
With a foundation in business, marketing, and operations from SFU’s Beedie School of Business—and early roots in customer service and recreation—I’ve built my career driving community growth through influencer marketing, social media strategy, and cross-channel brand campaigns.From managing social media community growth at FORM Swim to leading North American event and community marketing for Pedalheads, I bring both strategic insight and on-the-ground execution. I’ve also managed special projects, including an omni-channel launch campaign for a brand new swim facility in Metro Vancouver. As a people-first marketer, I’ve recruited, trained, and empowered Community Marketing Coordinators in Vancouver, Toronto, Seattle, Los Angeles, and Chicago—leading them activate impactful local campaigns.Outside of work, I’m happiest swimming, singing, relaxing at a spa, or hanging out with my aunt’s golden doodle, Bella.
