ABOUT MÓNICA BUTLER MARTÍNEZ
Mónica Butler Martínez is a product designer and design thinking facilitator at USAA, currently working remotely from Ocean Springs, Mississippi. In this role she collaborates with her team to create and deliver programs and services to scale the learning, practice and adoption of human centered design and design thinking within the enterprise.
