Hello! My name is Moniba Ijazi, as you can tell by the name in bold, and I am on my career journey. I love to solve problems, both technical and human in nature while utilizing modern technology, concrete data, and human intelligence. The best part about being a problem solver is not just coming up with the solution but being the change driver for the solution as well. I am experienced in crafting innovative solutions focused on improvement and performance-enhancing principles and facilitating the roadmap to change. I have enjoyed working in a diverse array of functions from Branding, Legal, Marketing, Enterprise Risk Management, and Strategy within a variety of industries. I am constantly learning and actively seeking to expand my skill sets and knowledge.Outside of my professional experience, I engage with my community with non-profits like Back On My Feet, Helping Hand, and local efforts to aid impoverished households and refugees. I care a lot about giving back my time to the community and to help make the world a better place.I play competitive tennis, soon I\'ll be joining a volleyball team, and run 5ks.
