Identifies and develops new ways to resolve problems and issues which directly affect the accomplishment of human factor and cultural intelligence program goals and objectives for global alliance collaboration. Delegated the complete responsibility and authority to act independently or call upon other resources and personnel to resolve inquiries, gather information, and recommend courses of actions to USSOCOM leadership regarding human factors and cultural intelligence activities and policy. Reviews organization mission and functions, identifies requirements, and requests additional resources including personnel, equipment, supplies and space to ensure success in meeting goals and objectives. Authored and implemented professional development trainings to ensure enagement in a high performance culture.
