Project manager of the Trauma-informed ACEs Screening and Intervention Evaluation (TASIE) Project: a 3-year, HRSA-funded initiative that resulted in a report to the House Committee on Appropriations with recommendations for federal guidelines on screening for ACEs in Pediatric Primary Care (njaap.org/tasie)- Successfully managed the partnership between Safe & Sound, the New Jersey Chapter of the American Academy of Pediatrics (NJAAP) and the Center for Community Health & Evaluation (CCHE) over the 3 years of the TASIE project, including outlining goals, timelines and milestones, scheduling meetings and setting agendas, defining roles and responsibilities, and handling conflicts - Wrote and oversaw TASIE budget to ensure deliverables were met on-time within the allocated grant amount -Successfully co-led team in writing an RFP Response to a $2.7MM, 3-year HRSA grant through the Maternal & Child Health program
