Molly Morzel, PHR, serves as a leader in HR, reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer at Encore Electric, where she directs and advises the work of a four-member team that oversees new hire onboarding, performance management, employee relations, HRIS implementation and overall HR strategy at the growing organization. Since joining the Encore Electric team, she has championed the effort to promote positive employee experiences around performance management activities by increasing awareness of development goals and results, and by improving HR documentation processes and procedures. Passionate about the people that make organizations successful and guided by her long connection to the construction industry, Morzel is a strong advocate for Encore employees succeeding through positive engagement with the human resources team. Founded in 2003, Encore Electric, Inc. was established to serve clients in the Rocky Mountain West to address complex and technical projects with electrical construction solutions and maintenance services.
