As a Professor of Entertainment and Media Law, I am helping law students to learn the basic concepts of entertainment law and the relationships between various parties in the entertainment, sports and media industries. My courses include the basic principles of the legal structure of the entertainment industry, legal analysis of deal structures in Recording and Music Publishing, Television, Film, Live Performance, Sports, Mass Media and Digital Technology as well as constitutional considerations relating to privacy rights, control of name and likeness, defamation and the regulation of intellectual property rights.
