ABOUT MOHAMMED SAHIL HASSAN

As an ACCA Affiliate and finance professional, I’ve had the opportunity to grow within a dynamic, fast-scaling organization—Mukka Proteins Limited—where finance intersects with global operations.Early on, I was part of a large cross-functional team that worked on reviewing the company’s Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP), which gave me deep exposure to regulatory filings, key financial metrics, and investor disclosures.Since then, I’ve contributed to the preparation of both standalone and consolidated financial statements for a diverse portfolio of group companies spanning India, Oman, UAE, Bangladesh, and Vietnam. My responsibilities have included-Financial reporting under IFRS and Indian GAAP-Lease accounting (IFRS 16), depreciation models, and audit schedules-Cross-border group consolidation and audit coordination-Creating CMA data, stock statements, and financial projections for banks and managementI\'ve worked closely with internal leadership and external auditors to ensure timely, accurate reporting across multiple jurisdictions. My toolkit includes Excel (advanced functions), Tally, Zoho, QuickBooks, and ChatGPT — all used to streamline processes, improve accuracy, and support informed decision-making.I’m eager to build on this strong foundation and take on roles where global exposure, technical finance, and strategic reporting are valued.
