I’m a senior finance leader with 15+ years’ experience across private equity-backed, founder-led and listed (FTSE100, Euronext, NASDAQ) TMT and SaaS businesses, operating at executive and board interface.My expertise sits across FP & A, commercial finance and strategic decision support, partnering closely with CEOs, CFOs and leadership teams to translate growth strategy into performance, cash discipline and value creation.I’ve built, led and scaled high-performing finance and FP & A teams across SaaS, telecoms, digital and technology-enabled organisations, supporting businesses through periods of scale, recovery, transformation and increased investor scrutiny. My work typically involves professionalising planning and reporting, simplifying information for decision-makers, and implementing investor-grade SaaS reporting frameworks across metrics such as MRR, ARR, CARR, LTV/CAC, customer snowball and corkscrew analysis, and expansion and contraction dynamics, alongside cash and profitability measures, ensuring the financial infrastructure can support growth at pace.Across permanent and interim leadership roles, I’ve been responsible for:• Commercial evaluation and profitability management, including pricing, margin and unit-economics frameworks• Group-wide planning, budgeting and forecasting, using driver-based and subscription-led models• Target operating model design for finance and business functions, covering people, process, systems and data• Cash flow, liquidity and covenant forecasting, including recovery and contingency planning• Board-level reporting and performance narratives for executive, investor and lender audiences• Transaction and capital initiatives, including M&A, refinancing, capital raises and IPO-readiness support• Implementation of ERP, EPM and data solutions, embedding scalable reporting, analytics and decision supportHaving worked across PE environments, founder-led growth businesses and listed organisations, I bring a balanced approach, combining commercial pragmatism, strong financial governance and effective senior-level stakeholder engagement.Currently Global Group Head of FP & A at a c.$0.5bn international Higher Education / EdTech-enabled group, leading group-wide planning, performance and finance transformation initiatives across multiple geographies.
