At Verizon, I’m leading initiatives in Generative AI and NLP to build scalable, cloud-native solutions using Azure OpenAI, LLaMA, and LangChain. One of my key contributions was developing a RAG-based document assistant that summarizes internal knowledge using vector databases like CosmosDB and LlamaIndex. This enhanced knowledge retrieval and boosted productivity across teams.I also built CI/CD pipelines for LLM deployment using GitHub Actions and Azure DevOps, and containerized them with Docker and AKS for production environments. I integrated BERT-based models for semantic search and document understanding, improving response accuracy and contextual relevance.Beyond models, I collaborate with cross-functional teams—from data engineering to product—to prototype and ship GenAI features into real-world applications.
