Manage a team and key accounts, to achieve:Material Availability1) Setting up and managing electronic replenishment, by reviewing inventory levels,1) target quantities, lead times, aligning MOQ/MSQs with production demand.2) Setting up and managing consignment stock for industry standard components3) For non-replenishment/consignment items; raising POs, rescheduling / cancelling4) orders to meet the MRP and setting up and maintaining Safety Stock5) Order book management and keeping the system accurateManagement of Suppliers1) Day to day management of suppliers to ensure they deliver parts on time and in the2) right quantity.3) Review with key suppliers the forecasts received after S & OP and make supply and demand overview to identify and resolve any gaps in supply. Advising the manager of potential shortages in supply, in a timely manner such that a solution can be found.6) Arrange supplier meetings, invite key stakeholders, prepare presentation, take minutes and follow up actions.8) Review suppliers performance and take actions with poor performing suppliers using Root Cause and Corrective Action techniques10) Support the Quality Department in the resolution of quality issues.Inventory Management1) This includes the negotiation, setting up and review of supplier managed inventory andseeking to reduce CTs liability of stock held by suppliers.2) Monthly review and analysis of Obsolete Inventory and the management of their disposal.4) Support the internal process which aims to ensure material availability at the point of use and working with suppliers. scheduling of deliveries etc.Project /Contract Management1) Leading SCM projects on inventory, logistics, packaging, space, or other continuous / cost saving projects.3) Working alongside Strategic Procurement; negotiate, implement and reviewcontractual agreements to cover the operational purchasing terms; delivery, inventory,logistics, liability of inventory, buffer and consignment terms.
