My current mandate involves guiding the organization\'s data maturity through the strategic implementation of AI and process improvement initiatives. I\'ve been responsible for setting the team\'s vision, defining our ways of working, and creating blueprints for various data products and architectures, all while leading a number of global, high-impact projects.
